Situated in a prominent position on North Bransholme the Pennine Rambler will be our new home and a base for the community
We took possession of the building in May 2011 and are undertaking a conversion to allow us to use it for our work as well as to open it up as a space which other community groups may use. Our young people and local volunteers are getting involved with the work which includes improving security, interior conversion and external renovations.
We are being helped by the Hull Institute of Insurance Brokers and other local companies who have been donating their time, expertise and resources.
In 2015 ownership moved across to Bodmin Road church who are developing the rest of the building to bring it back into use. This will help bring the building back into use as a community resource.
The large amount of work we have to do on the building will be mainly funded by grants and donations.
